Never go back to canned chick peas again with the InstantPot by your side! This simple, easy and delicious recipe will amaze your tastebuds!

2 cups dried chick peas
8 cups of water
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp Grace’s Favourite
4 leaves of chopped kale
2-4 chopped sweet bell peppers
1/2-1 chopped red onion
3/4 cup of Sunflower or Pumpkin seeds
Oil and Vinegar to taste (Grace prefers red wine vinegar but you can use any vinegar you like.)


  1. Add dried chick peas, water, garlic and salt to InstantPot
  2. Set instant pot to bean setting
  3. Drain water when done and put in salad bowl
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss!
