Never go back to canned chick peas again with the InstantPot by your side! This simple, easy and delicious recipe will amaze your tastebuds!
2 cups dried chick peas
8 cups of water
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Grace’s Favourite
4 leaves of chopped kale
2-4 chopped sweet bell peppers
1/2-1 chopped red onion
3/4 cup of Sunflower or Pumpkin seeds
Oil and Vinegar to taste (Grace prefers red wine vinegar but you can use any vinegar you like.)
- Add dried chick peas, water, garlic and salt to InstantPot
- Set instant pot to bean setting
- Drain water when done and put in salad bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients and toss!
