You will need:
- Twelve thin pork cutlets
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup oil
- 6 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp of Crazy Good Grace’s Favourite
- 1 tsp of Crazy Good Savoury Poultry
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
Make the coating by mixing breadcrumbs, Crazy Good Grace’s Favourite, Crazy Good Savoury Poultry, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. If you want more flavour, just add a bit more of Crazy Good Grace’s Favourite to the mixture.
Whisk the eggs in a different bowl until smooth. Dip the cutlets in the eggs and then dip them into the coating. Pat down the coating so that it sticks to the meat and covers the whole cutlet.
Turn the stove to a little lower than high and warm up the oil in a frying pan. Cook the first side until there’s some colour on the coating and then turn over. The coating should look a bit golden. Be warned, they cook fast! Don’t cook them slowly because they will quickly become soggy.
